Paul's research interests are broadly in the area of Real Estate and superannuation Investment, and the distortions created by the Global Financial Crisis. This includes performance-based remuneration and risk management incentives for fiduciaries who are responsible for billions of dollars of funds under management. Paul has published on the topic of Australian Real Estate Trusts and continues to investigate the post-crisis economic recovery.
Paul has taught in Australia and internationally in the areas of Financial Planning, Credit & Lending Decisions, and Risk Management & Insurance.
Away from the office, Paul is also passionate about classic American muscle car restoration. He enjoys exploring abandoned towns and has made several trips through remote Australian and United States desert areas.
