Victor is a lecturer with the Victoria University Business School. He started his career as a financial accountant at Holden and sessional lecturer/tutor at Victoria University. He then moved to the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office working as a financial auditor while maintaining his sessional position at Victoria University lecturing Auditing and Advanced Financial Accounting.
Victor went to Audit Victoria for a short time working as a senior auditor before returning to the Victoria Auditor-General’s Office. He eventually joined Victoria University as a full-time lecturer teaching and coordinating various accounting subjects including Accounting Information Systems, Corporate Accounting, Advanced Financial Accounting, Auditing and Professional Auditing at the masters level.
While working as an auditor, Victor has participated in the financial audit of various organisations including Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Treasury and Finance, Victoria Police, Victorian Superannuation Board, Victorian Legal Ombudsman, Melbourne Water, City West Water, South East Water, Yarra Valley Water, Victoria University, Federation University, Holmesglen TAFE, Melbourne City Council, Maribyrnong City Council, Frankston City Council and Cancer Council. He also participated in the performance audits on the safe keeping of drugs of dependence at various Victorian public hospitals and executive remunerations in the public sector.
Victor has experience as a financial auditor and and lecturer and tutor in Advanced Financial Accounting and Auditing.
